Work on touching your toes and/or going deeper and deeper into your front split by applying active flexibility.

This means you’ll not only get more flexible but also learn how to activate your muscles and get stronger in order to safely and confidently get into your front split and hold yourself there.

And don’t you worry if one side is more flexible than the other – we’ll work on that, too!

Side splits tend to be more challenging for practitioners than front split but this does NOT mean that you can’t work your way towards a fancy “touch-down”, even when starting as an adult!

Apart from getting flexible and strong during our side split classes, you’ll also learn how to have a break-through when reaching a plateau during your training.

Whether your goal is to do increase your back flexibility and spine mobility, strengthen your back and core muscles, or explore deeper backbends, this flexibility class offers different variations of active flexibility drills that can help you reach your goals.

This class also focuses on shoulder mobility which will further help you safely deepening and holding your backbends.

Bad Weather?! We Go Online!

Sometime the weather can go bad even here in sunny Málaga, however, we can bring the classes online during those rare occasions! And online classes have their own benefits, such as working on your flexibility from the comfort if your home, saving time on travel and getting ready for class, which gives you a meaningful amount of extra free time to enjoy! And if you happen to "forget something at home", it's not an issue. 😉

Group Classes - FAQ

How do the classes work?

In-Person Classes: We meet up at a pre-arranged place that’s suitable for our class goals. Our current locations are Parque de Huelin (Málaga) and Parque de la Paloma (Benalmádena).

Online Classes: We use Google Meet as our video meeting platform during our training which is easily accessible from your PC or any mobile device. I recommend using a bigger screen so you can see more of the instruction, but plenty of people join on their phones. Easy as that.

What's The Language of The Classes?

All the classes and privates are currently held in English.

Are there minimum & maximum class sizes?

Classes must have at least 2 students registered 4 hours before the start of class for class to run. If only one student is signed up that week, class will be cancelled and the student will be notified via email and can choose to sign up for a different class or receive a refund.

The maximum class size for classes is 10 students to allow for personal attention and feedback.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If your schedule changes and you are no longer able to make a class – don’t worry! You can cancel 4 hours before the class starts.

Private lessons can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Do I need props & do you provide any?

Some proves are provided, but be sure to have a yoga mat at least, and it can be handy to invest into a couple of yoga blocks, a strap, and elastic bands. However, you can always get creative here and there (e.g. use books instead of blocks, or a bathrobe belt instead of a strap)!

Currently all classes and privates are for adults (18+) only.
